What to Expect

Please note hotels provided shall be located in outskirts of cities (usually 18–25 km from the city center).
All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach.
Maximum room occupancy in Europe is 3 persons in a room. as a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
Room sizes of hotels you can expect: 4-star (190–230 sq. ft), 3-star (120–180 sq. ft).
Please note hotels in Europe don't provide free water bottles. Tap water is usually drinkable across Europe.
Flights to Europe (into London, out of Rome) are provided, if opted, subject to flight availability and routing conditions with layovers of up to 8 hours.
All external flights include 23 kg check-in baggage and in-flight meals (Short duration flights meals not included)
Visa appointment support is guaranteed; however, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy.
Baggage Note:For domestic or internal flights within an international tour, baggage allowance will follow the rules of the respective airline. Guests must pack according to the permitted limits. Excess baggage charges (if any) must be paid directly by the guest.

Exclusions

Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, government levies, or newly introduced taxes post-booking.
Charges for airline seat upgrades, hotel room upgrades, or flight deviation requests.
Fluctuations in the foreign exchange rate leading to a rise in land arrangement costs prior to departure.
Pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation and services not included in the itinerary.
Additional expenses due to route changes, airline amendments, date changes, or accommodation modifications arising from unforeseen or force majeure circumstances.
Porterage, laundry, telephone calls, personal shopping, alcoholic beverages, and meals or snacks not specified in the group menu.
Expenses arising from personal illness, medical emergencies, hospitalization, or accidents during the tour.
Charges for optional activities, excursions, or services not mentioned in the itinerary.
For direct joiners, airport transfers are not included and must be arranged independently for arrival and departure.
Guests departing independently from Rome must arrange or pay for their transfers separately.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or any activities not availed during the tour.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Deposit & Final Payment
Bookings made more than 45 days before departure: ₹40,000 per person at booking plus ₹50,000 per person within 7 days.
Bookings within 45 days of departure: ₹90,000 per person deposit and full balance at least 21 days before departure.
Bookings within 21 days of departure: Full payment (100%) required at booking.
Prices are subject to change due to variations in airfare, taxes, fuel surcharges, or exchange rates. Any resulting difference must be settled before departure.
Failure to follow payment timelines may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of amounts paid.
1.2 Pricing
All prices are quoted per person on a twin-sharing basis.
Single travelers must pay the applicable single supplement.
Rates and offers remain subject to change until full payment is received.
1.3 Tax Collected at Source (TCS)
5% TCS applies on bookings up to ₹10 lakh.
20% TCS applies on the amount exceeding ₹10 lakh (effective 1 April 2025).
10% TCS applies if the passenger’s PAN is not linked with Aadhaar (PAN considered inoperative).
TCS is calculated on the total tour cost and must be paid along with the final payment.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 Cancellation by Client
Standard Cancellation Policy:
More than 120 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost.
120 to 60 days: 25% of total tour cost.
60 to 30 days: 50% of total tour cost.
30 to 15 days: 75% of total tour cost.
Within 15 days: 100% cancellation (no refund).
Visa Rejection: ₹20,000 per person plus visa fees, visa assistance charges, and travel insurance are non-refundable.
2.2 Cancellation by Operator
If a tour is cancelled due to operational reasons, low participation, or force majeure, a full refund of the tour cost will be issued.
The operator is not responsible for additional expenses such as visas, insurance, or domestic travel incurred in preparation for the tour.
3. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and repatriation.
Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.
4. Passport & Visa Requirements
Guests are responsible for holding a valid passport and obtaining the necessary visas.
Passports must be valid for at least six months after the return date.
Visa fees are non-refundable.
The operator is not liable for visa rejections, entry denials, or delays by immigration authorities.
5. Itinerary, Flights & Hotels
5.1 Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be modified due to weather, operational issues, or local conditions.
No refunds are available for missed or unused services caused by circumstances beyond control.
5.2 Flights
Routing & Stopover Conditions
Up to two-stop international flights may be provided from DEL, BOM, BLR, AMD, HYD, MAA, and CCU, subject to flight availability
All flight details are tentative and subject to change. Multiple airlines may be used depending on availability with layovers of up to 8 hours.
Baggage allowance follows airline policy. Excess baggage charges apply as per airline rules.
5.3 Hotels
Hotels provided will be of the same or similar category as mentioned in the itinerary.
Standard check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may incur extra cost.
Guaranteed early check-in is charged at one night’s room rate.
6. Additional Tour Conditions
The tour will operate only with a minimum of 20 passengers.
If group strength is low, the tour may be merged with a similar group without compromising inclusions.
Group reshuffling may occur for smooth tour operations.
Alternate sightseeing will be arranged if any attraction is closed.
Packed dinners may be provided during delays or due to local driving regulations.
Due to coach storage limitations, only one check-in bag and one hand bag per person is allowed.
